- Any short shipment or exchange should be informed within 10 days of receiving the goods through the Contact us tab in Website or WhatsApp – 8217095819 or Email - care.dreskool@gmail.com. Any claims over this period shall not be entertained under any circumstances.
- Exchange shall be processed if the delivered product is different from the ordered product.
- Exchange shall be processed if the delivered product size is different to the ordered size.
- Exchange shall be processed if the delivered product had a defect.
- Exchange will process only if, the goods returned is in its original condition with original packing tags and trims.
- Products worn, washed or soiled shall not be accepted for exchange.
Exchange Process
For initiating an exchange, the customer has to raise a request through the contact us section in the website or through WhatsApp or Email within 10 days of product delivery, On approval of the request the defective product need to be couriered to our facility in Bengaluru.
